When and what time?

Depending on your booking will depend on your stay for the day, you’ll see on the booking form when adding to cart the options available.

The day experience includes one night’s camping if you so choose.

Arrival & Departure times are also dependant on your selection. However we try to base it on meal times, breakfast arrive for 0745, evening meal arrive for 1730.

Whats included on our weekends?

We really like to cover as much as possible for you on our events so here’s a rundown of whats included.

Food for the weekend includes cooked breakfasts, buffet lunches, cooked evening meals with pudding if you choose. An evening around a campfire with a camp quiz, you get to choose the team you’re with, with your newly made friends.

Marquee shelter with tables and benches, it’s usually the warmest place to retreat as the kitchen resides there too!

Toilet facilities, these are cassete type.

Coaching and equipment (Kayak, Paddle, Bouyancy Aid, Cagoule), BCU Insurance, a private campsite with parking.

Guest coach appearances bringing new and exciting equipment for you try out whether that be SUPing, Surfskiing, Open Canoeing etc… (Select weekends only, announced on social media)

What we need your help with!

As much as we’d like to, we cannot provide everything. We do need you to bring some bits along with you.

We will provide you with your core meals and break time snacks but if you choose please feel free to bring your own luxuries. e.g. marshmallows, crisps, fizzy drinks etc…

Waste disposal, we politely ask that you take your personal waste home with you to dispose of. We may, in addition, ask you to take one bag of rubbish from the weekend. We don’t have enough bins at home!
